Seran's life coaching methods and tools have changed the lives of hundreds of people.  She has appeared as a guest speaker for numerous workshops, half-day seminars and lectures for various groups including: Kodak Women’s Forum, Rochester Women’s Network, Chase Manhattan Bank, Clear Channel Communications, Paychex, Yunsei University faculty department and Kyung Hee University faculty – Seoul, Korea. In addition, she has hosted a talk radio show, appeared on local television shows, spoken at local libraries, given a presentation to the PTA of a NYC school on children violence in schools, and participated as a member of SHRM-Genesee Region. Seran was the NAFE (National Association of Women Executives) Chapter Director in Rochester, NY. In addition to her experience consulting professionals and others, she is also certified as a medium, hypnotherapist, hypnologist, and alternative-healing consultant. She lives with her husband of almost 40 years, and has 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren.

John Wilkie
After serving fours years in the U.S,. Air Force, John attended North Dakota State and earned a degree in Industrial Engineering. He worked at Xerox for 20 years managing corporate productivity improvement programs, and for the last 15 he has run his own business coaching businesses owners. He's worked with Seran to develop these courses and has coached clients to implement tools, which unleash the awesome potential from within resulting in life changing improvements.
